• Position Overview

  Reporting to the Head of Technology. SSE – PHP (Symfony / Laravel)  is responsible for providing end-to-end solutions and delivering work from requirements gathering to closing the project. 
  
  Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, test, and deploy PHP (Symfony / Laravel) applications
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications
  • Collaborate with a team to define, design, and ship new features
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs
  • Help maintain code quality, organization, and automatization

• Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of the software life cycle
  • Proficient in data structure concepts, algorithms, OOAD / ERD / UML / Design patterns
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Skilled in databases and SQL
  • Team player with a can-do attitude
  • Proficient with PHP (Symfony / Laravel)
  • Ability to work on MVC, MVVM architecture models
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect frontend applications to back-end services
  • Proficient understanding of code versioning tools (Git or SVN)
  • Must be a good team player as well as an Independent Developer.
  • Knowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standards
  • Minimum 04 years of proven experience as a programmer in PHP (Symfony / Laravel)

• Education & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Sciences or Software Engineering or a related subject
  • Proven working experience in software development
  • Solid understanding of the full software development life cycle
  • Team player, methodical, self-starter, process-driven, and results-oriented.
